*Car screeching noises* Holy SHIT. When I agreed to step in to help with this week’s release list, I had no idea that Tom had over 60 releases lined up for me to scrape the data for—and after adding a few of my own, I may very well have a case for a workplace injury claim. Not complaining, I would do it again in a heartbeat. Just don’t say we never did anything for ya, this may very well be the most expansive and inclusive release list on the web.
In any case, personal highlights for me include the new Blood Orange record, the official release of Hayley Williams’ Ego (the official track sequence of which runs miles more smoothly than the sequence people initially speculated upon), Italian screamo legends Raein, who just unleashed a surprise record to break their 10 year resume gap, and good ol’ country rockers Tonk, who just put out a wonderful new album all about addiction, recovery, and love.
