Weekly Releases (12.09.25)
Your round-up of the latest and greatest sounds that are already out this week (I'm late posting this) (again)
Greetings gatekeep!-ers and apologies for the fact you will see two Weekly Releases posts today - we’re course-correcting and making sure we (as in me) get this out on time going forward - it’s been a hectic week. This is obviously the post for our current week, and the upcoming week’s post shall deploy in a couple hours time, so keep your eyes out for that.
Well anyway, what a week - I’m so far behind on catching up with all of 2025’s goodies that it’s gonna take me a whole few months to get around to some of these, but I am determined to catch the much-hyped Maruja album asap following on from their brilliant EPs. On the K-pop front we have an intriguing solo from TWICE’s Chaeyoung, and the first mini-album on her new label from my favourite vocalist of all time Wendy (which slaps of course, but I would say that).
Remember you can sample any of these weeks releases (available on Spotify) on our playlist below if they intrigue you, so let’s get into the list.
