Welcome to another timely Weekly Releases post, in which we painstakingly note down another big old list of albums and EPs dropping over the next few days. Of note this week - internet ambient queen Malibu is dropping her debut full-length, producer Leon Vynehall returns with an eclectic new album, and legendary long-defunct doom metallers Cathedral seem to have discovered a lost 300 minute song behind their sofa. Neat. Oh and there’s a new Taylor Swift album. Maybe we can keep reignite old traditions and cause some controversy among the Swiftosphere with whatever incredibly ragebaity review we end up publishing just to get some traffic on this here blog. A lot of what I've seen about the new Taylor Swift gives me hope that it'll be a significant improvement. Jack Antonoff is out, Max Martin is back, it's been described as more vibrant compared to Tortured Poets, and, most importantly, it's SHORTER
Other than that, I've never been more than a casual AFI fan, but the new album has me intrigued
